At present, the proposal is being reviewed by various governments and non-for-profit organizations and an action plan to move the proposal forward is underway.
Next steps include:
- building political support at all three levels of Government.
- communicating with all stakeholders, neighbours and landowners.
- solidifying civil engineering/architectural and development issues.
- identifying financing options and developing a comprehensive budget.
- identifying private investors, partners and funders.
